First Impressions
Sacred Bean was created by Adam Baierl, a local Port Washington resident that started his own Coffee Shop after taking traveling post-college through Europe and South America. All of the coffee served at Sacred Bean is sourced from a small farm in Ecuador.
Adam is a man after my own heart, taking the adventure of a lifetime, and turning it into something bigger in his local community.

Atmosphere & Experience
Sacred Bean is currently operating out of the Cavalier Wine Bar on a limited basis. This however offers him the unique opportunity to have prime real estate on Lake Michigan, while also drumming up local business for the bar.
Massive Lake Michigan-facing windows, allow Adam’s customers the unique opportunity to watch the sunrise over the lake while enjoying some wonderful custom-crafted beverages.
Since Adam has an extremely limited supply of his Ecuadorian-sourced coffee beans, he is only open a handful of hours per week. He is slowly in the process of expanding his business, by doing small pop-ups or hosting at local events.

Austin’s Choice
Overall, I just appreciate the quality that Sacred Bean offers, and it’s easiest to see this in the classics. The Cold Brew is by far my favorite (it has a strong chocolate-like smell). I also deeply enjoy the classic shot of espresso. The freshness of the beans creates this creamy texture that is hard to find in any other shot!
