Hiker Coffee, is a locally roasted coffee brand with a strong focus on health, sustainability, and transparency. Founded by Zach Pecha and Addy Serum, the company rebranded from Hikers Brew to Hiker Coffee to reflect its commitment to clean, organic ingredients and environmentally friendly practices. Their beans are third-party tested to eliminate mycotoxins (which are harmful compounds from mold) and their flavored coffees are free from seed oils and other inflammatory additives.
You can check them out in the Market On River building in Chippewa Falls, WI. The building itself is a giant shared space that is like a farmers market but indoors! There is an assortment of very comfortable seating around the building (not just for the coffee shop). I have a photo of some of it below.

Austin’s Choice
I’d recommend their Espresso Tonic which was made with espresso, grapefruit Spindrift, a little bit of orange and their homemade rosemary syrup.
