The Greenhouse sits in the center of the Fountain Courtyard at the American Club campus in Kohler, WI. The American Club as a whole is one of those extremely-high-class excursions (5-Diamond resort) that I will probably never experience in life (at $450/night), but the Greenhouse fits right in (to both the club, and with my wallet). You don’t need to be a resort attendee to visit the greenhouse…so you get to feel and witness the levels of luxury without the financial burden.
High vaulted ceilings with large colorful stained glass windows for walls. While the interior is open year-round, the larger courtyard can also be enjoyed in the warmer months!
The menu is European-leaning with pastries, coffee cake and tea lattes. Overall it’s the kind of place you’d bring a book and plan to stay awhile, rather than a grab-and-go.

They have a selection of unique specialty lattes to choose from, and best of all, they can be ordered in a “flight” format, so it’s easier to try them all! Normally, I’m not a huge fan of floral flavors in my food/beverages, but their Cardamom Latte was VERY tasty and unique!
